Programme aborts in version 2.8 for Iphone

A friend of mine has this on her ipod touch 4th Gen. Shes running the latest iOS, she has tried to both reset the device and also remove and readd the app. Neither has worked. She can load it fine but the searching for booty never finishes. She has left it for over 15 minutes and it still wont load. I am having to load her account and do the searches, which is not ideal as we are not even in the same country.

Hi Harley, please provide her username.  And verify she has the latest version of PirateWalla.  Also, if you can provide the hardware (iPhone 2/3/4, iPod Touch, etc..) and iOS (3, 4.2, etc..) she is using then I might be able to troubleshoot this issue.

Sorry didnt see this till now, shes running latest iOS, its a touch with a camera, not entirely sure what gen sorry (shes in CA and I am in NZ) shes also downloaded the updates for piratewalla and still no go.
